"Kosios" refers to the platform operated by DTM MEDIAS, providing the KOSI AI agent services. "Client" refers to any individual or business entity subscribing to the Services. "KOSI" refers to the AI agent configured for the Client's business. "Dashboard" refers to the Client's management interface at kosios.com.
Kosios provides an AI-powered business automation agent (KOSI) that handles up to six operational departments for the Client's business: telephony, website & SEO, general administration, marketing & social media, recruiting, and accounting.
The specific features available depend on the Client's subscription plan. Kosios reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Includes everything in Starter plus AI telephony with the Client's choice of minute pack. Minute packs: 250 minutes at $0.28/min, 500 minutes at $0.25/min, 1,000 minutes at $0.22/min. Overage minutes billed at $0.35/min. No commitment. Cancel anytime.
Custom integrations, dedicated APIs, unlimited calls, and SLA. Pricing tailored to the Client's requirements.
A one-time setup fee of $1,850 applies to all plans. This covers the initial configuration of KOSI for the Client's business, including voice setup, call scenarios, website deployment, and social media configuration. Setup is completed within 30 days of receiving the Client's business information.
The Client provides their business details, services, rates, and preferences through their Dashboard. No calls or meetings are required. Kosios handles the complete configuration and notifies the Client when KOSI is ready to go live. The Client validates the setup before activation.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the anniversary of the subscription date. The setup fee is charged once at the time of subscription.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes. Clients in the European Union may be subject to VAT.
In case of failed payment, Kosios will attempt to charge the payment method on file up to three times over 7 days. If payment is not received, services may be suspended.
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their Dashboard or by contacting us at hello@kosios.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once configuration has begun.
Upon cancellation, the Client's data is retained for 30 days. After this period, all data is permanently deleted unless the Client requests an export.
The Client is responsible for:
KOSI is an AI system. While designed to perform reliably and accurately, KOSI may occasionally produce errors, misinterpretations, or suboptimal outputs. The Client acknowledges that:
Kosios continuously improves KOSI's accuracy and reliability but cannot guarantee error-free performance.
All business data uploaded by or generated for the Client remains the Client's property. This includes call recordings, transcripts, emails, documents, website content, social media content, financial records, and candidate data.
Kosios does not claim ownership of Client data. We use Client data solely to provide and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Kosios platform, KOSI technology, website design, code, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of DTM MEDIAS. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during their subscription period.
Websites built by KOSI for the Client: the content belongs to the Client; the underlying code and templates remain the property of DTM MEDIAS.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Kosios aims for 99.9% uptime for the KOSI platform. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Kosios is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the subscription. This obligation survives termination of the subscription for a period of 2 years.
Kosios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. For Clients based in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence may also apply. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bobigny, France, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
