Independent restaurants & hotels

Your customers stopped calling.
They order from a screen now.

Booking, ordering, paying: it all happens before anyone speaks to you. A restaurant that is not on that screen is not in the running. KOSIOS puts the whole thing together for you, in one place, for one price: your website, your ordering, your bookings, your QR menu.

What you get

Everything a restaurant needs online.
Nothing you have to assemble yourself.

Most owners end up with a website from one company, an ordering system from another, a booking tool from a third, and a QR menu they made themselves. Four bills, four logins, and nothing talks to anything. This is all of it, built and run for you.

01

Online ordering, no commission

Your own ordering page, your prices, your customers. Pickup and delivery, modifiers and allergy notes, paid online. The delivery apps take up to thirty percent of every order. This takes nothing.

  • Orders land on one screen in your kitchen
  • Card payments settled straight to your account
  • Works on the phone in their hand, no app to install

Reservations that fill the room

A real booking page with your floor, your service times and your covers. Guests pick a slot and get a confirmation. The day before, they get a reminder, which is what stops a table sitting empty at eight on a Saturday.

  • Party size, high chairs and allergy notes on the booking
  • Automatic reminder the day before
  • Bookable from your site, your Instagram and Google

One diary for the whole day

Every booking, every large party, every pickup time in one place, on your phone. No paper book that only lives at the host stand, and no second version of the truth on someone's notepad.

  • Phone, online and walk-in bookings in the same diary
  • Your staff see it from anywhere
  • A morning summary of the day ahead

QR menu on every table

The menu people actually read, on the phone already in their hand. Change a price or cross off a sold-out dish and it is updated on every table at once. No reprinting, no laminating.

  • Photos of your dishes, not a PDF that will not zoom
  • Sold out in one tap, from your phone
  • Order from the table if you want it

One link for your Instagram bio

The traffic you already earn on social media stops leaking away. One link that opens your menu in photos, your booking page and your ordering page. That is where most of your new customers already are.

  • Book, order or see the menu in one tap
  • Your photos, your colours, your name
  • You see what people clicked
06

Chat that answers for you

Opening hours, parking, allergens, large parties. The same twenty questions, asked every day, answered on your site without you touching anything.

  • Answers from your own menu and your own hours
  • Hands over to you when it matters
  • Turns a question into a booking
Are you open on Monday?
We are, from 5pm. Would you like me to hold a table?
Yes, four people at 7.
Booked. You will get a confirmation by text.

Getting customers in

A site nobody visits
is a sign in a field.

Building the platform is half the job. The other half is putting people on it. We buy and run the advertising that sends them there, on the networks where your customers already spend their evenings.

Renting your customers

The delivery apps and booking sites

  • They take a cut of every single order, forever
  • The customer belongs to them, not to you
  • You never get the name, the email or the habit
  • They put your competitor above you for a higher fee
  • Stop paying and the orders stop the same day
Owning them

Your own page, your own ads

  • No commission, ever. You keep the whole ticket
  • The order, the email and the phone number are yours
  • You can bring them back next week for nothing
  • Nobody outbids you for your own customers
  • The audience you build stays yours if you leave us

Campaigns we run for you

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat

We shoot or select the visuals, write the ads, pick who sees them within a few miles of your door, launch them and adjust them week by week. Everything points at your ordering and booking page, never at someone else's marketplace.

Facebook Ads Instagram Ads TikTok Ads Snapchat Ads

You set the weekly and monthly budget, and you can change it or stop it whenever you like. The ad spend goes to the networks, not to us: we do not take a percentage of it.

What comes back

Orders, every day, on your own rail

The ad sends them to your page. They order, they pay, the ticket prints in your kitchen. You see what each campaign cost and what it brought in, in plain numbers, without needing to read a dashboard.

  • Spend and sales side by side, week by week
  • You know which post brought which orders
  • We stop what does not work instead of hiding it

Optional, if the phone still rings

And an AI voice that picks up, if you want one

Some places have gone quiet on the phone. Others still take half their orders that way. If that is you, add a voice that answers on the first ring, takes the order, books the table, and emails you what was said. It is an option on top of the platform, not the point of it.

Add it at any time. Remove it at any time.

Everyone else makes you
book a call to hear the price

Here it is, in full. One price for the platform, which is what you are actually buying. The phone is an option on top, and it is the only reason the table further down exists.

This is the product. Your website, your ordering page with no commission on any order, table reservations, the QR menu, the links page and the chat. One price, month to month, cancel from the dashboard.

The phone option below is exactly that, an option. Most places start without it.

Straight answers

What owners ask first

No. Take the platform-only setup and keep your site. The ordering page, bookings, QR menu and links page all plug into it. If your site is old or slow, we will tell you honestly, and building a new one is the other setup option.
Never. You pay the monthly price and nothing else. Card processing fees go to the payment provider, as they do anywhere, and the money lands in your account, not ours.
Thirty days. A two hour call to go through your menu, prices, hours and how you work, then we build it. You approve everything before a single customer sees it. The monthly subscription only starts after you sign off.
You will not have to be. We set it all up. Day to day you need one thing: your phone, to mark a dish sold out or check tonight's bookings. Anything bigger, you call us and we do it.
No. The setup is a one-time fee, the subscription is month to month, and you cancel from the dashboard. The setup work is yours either way.

Your customers are already on the screen. Be there too.

Look at what we build, then decide. The price is on this page, and there is no call to sit through before you see it.
