Pricing

The whole price,
on the page.

Every competitor we checked makes you book a call before they will tell you what it costs. Here is ours, in full, including the part most people hide: what happens when you go over.

Included in every plan No module is sold separately. The monthly price is the monthly price.

The phone option

Adding the AI receptionist

This is an option on top of the platform, not the platform itself. If you never switch it on, none of the table below applies to you. The packs cover talk minutes; the per minute figures let you compare them with what an answering service would charge.

The online ordering system
/month

This is the product. Your website, your ordering page with no commission on any order, table reservations, the QR menu, the links page and the chat. One price, month to month, cancel from the dashboard.

The phone option below is exactly that, an option. Most places start without it.

The receptionist on its own

Some places only want the phone answered and already have their ordering sorted. That works: you take the voice on its own, at the base rate, and pay for the minutes you use.

Minutes are billed on top, at the rates in the table above. Taken with the platform, this base is already included in every pack.

A minute is talk time, not ringing time. Calls average about a minute and a half, so a 500 minute pack covers roughly 330 calls. Go over and the extra minutes are billed at the rate in the table, never a forced upgrade to a bigger plan.

The invoice you will actually get

What is never on it

A percentage of your ordersNot one percent, not thirty. The delivery apps charge for the traffic they send. We do not send you traffic and then tax it.
A fee per bookingFill the room every night and the price does not move.
A charge per locationRunning several addresses is a group package, priced once. See how that works.
A markup on your ad budgetWhat you set aside for advertising goes to the networks. We do not take a share of it.
An exit feeCancel from the dashboard. Your customer list is exportable and leaves with you.
A charge to change somethingNew dish, new price, new opening hours. That is the job, not an extra.

More than one address

Group package, priced on what you run

Three burger shops in one city and twelve across two states do not need the same thing and should not pay the same way. Tell us the number of addresses, the rough volume and the modules you want, and you get a figure back rather than a discovery call.

Before you ask

Money questions

The setup fee is charged when you sign. We then take thirty days to build everything with your menu, your prices and your hours. You approve it before a single customer sees it, and the monthly subscription starts after that, not before.
Cancel from the dashboard, month to month, no notice period and no cancellation fee. The site stays up until the end of the month you paid for, and you can export your customer list on the way out.
No, and nobody includes them. Your customers pay by card, the payment provider takes its standard fee, and the rest lands in your account. The difference with a marketplace is that this is the only deduction, and it is not ours.
Yes, up or down, from the dashboard, and it takes effect immediately. Busy season and quiet season are not the same, and the plan should follow.
Yes. Use the market selector at the top of the page to see the figures in your currency, with the tax rule that applies where you are.
