Pricing
Every competitor we checked makes you book a call before they will tell you what it costs. Here is ours, in full, including the part most people hide: what happens when you go over.
The phone option
This is an option on top of the platform, not the platform itself. If you never switch it on, none of the table below applies to you. The packs cover talk minutes; the per minute figures let you compare them with what an answering service would charge.
This is the product. Your website, your ordering page with no commission on any order, table reservations, the QR menu, the links page and the chat. One price, month to month, cancel from the dashboard.
The phone option below is exactly that, an option. Most places start without it.
Some places only want the phone answered and already have their ordering sorted. That works: you take the voice on its own, at the base rate, and pay for the minutes you use.
Minutes are billed on top, at the rates in the table above. Taken with the platform, this base is already included in every pack.
A minute is talk time, not ringing time. Calls average about a minute and a half, so a 500 minute pack covers roughly 330 calls. Go over and the extra minutes are billed at the rate in the table, never a forced upgrade to a bigger plan.
The invoice you will actually get
More than one address
Three burger shops in one city and twelve across two states do not need the same thing and should not pay the same way. Tell us the number of addresses, the rough volume and the modules you want, and you get a figure back rather than a discovery call.
